Service activities are structured by the device type (server, desktop, notebook, peripheral etc.) and by the required fix time (up to 5 days, 2 days, 1 day, 8 or 4 hours, etc.) A customer can choose a suitable service type and sign a contract according to his real needs. Individual devices may belong to different service groups according to their importance. The service contract gives you also a name/password authorisation for an access to our information system from any web browser.
