Fast service
We provide all our services regularly on working days from 8:00 to 17:00. While many companies start to appreciate not only the quality of information, but also how quickly it can be gained, there's higher demand for guaranteed repairs in a few hours not only at night, but also during holidays.
In general, there are two ways these guarantees can be provided:
- Extra charge - the service is realized with an express charge according to our pricelist . This model is intended for clients who do not requiere guaranteed express repairs - the service is realized in case that both the part and technician are available (70% of cases) and there are no sanctions when the repair is not finished on time.
- For customers requiring such a guarantee we provide the Overall payment model, when the service is realized on the basis of agreement with annual payment and in case the repair is not finished in time there are sanctions to be paid. The annual payment is derived from the type of device and its locality.
Our services begin on guaranteed finished repair in 4 hours (24 hours a day, 7 days a week). Longer repair times are of course possible too.
The service is provided anywhere in the Czech Republic for all technologies we are certified for.
