Transport requestNotice: This transport order can be used for PC's and notebooks only. In case of a warranty repair the appropriate documents have to be supplied as well (invoice with serial number or invoce and delivery note). The customer is responsible for proper packing of the device. In case of a device damage because of wrong packaging, the sender is responsible. The customer has to pay for basic diagnostics when the described problem doesn't prove and also in case when the he refuses the device repair after the diagnostics. If the customer finds any problem after receiving the device, he has to contact the service center withing 48 hours. We can't accept latter complaints. S&T CZ does not guerantee state of devices, which are not in warranty during the repair. |
