We have got this status in 1999.We offer both standard and special services for APC products, including fast repairs, prolonged warranties etc. We can send you details and prices of those on request. Warranty termsWarranty length for all types of UPS is two years, for rack-mounted devices three years.Please note that as of June 1st, 2004, APC changed its service policies regarding UPSs with capacity up to 5kVA. Instead of cooperation with service partners, the devices will be replaced directly by APC. Should you need a warranty repair of such UPS, please go directly to www.apc.com/support.
