S&T implemented monitoring of melting process in BUZULUK foundry
Project „Monitoring of melting process“ will make the manufacturing process more efficient and speed up data capture from different systems. The consolidated data will be available for the foundry manufacturing planning and control. For example, the information system can effectively prevent scraps.

S&T CZ has implemented a comprehensive system for monitoring of melting process in a foundry of
BUZULUK a.s. company. The system includes a centralised data capture solution. The implementation consolidated more individual systems in the foundry and linked them with the ERP system
MAX used by the company for long time. Another project goals were removal of manual data transcription and providing of detailed manufacturing information, helping for example with reduction of spoilage.
BUZULUK a.s. is a manufacturing company based in Komárov, developing, designing and producing a wide range of machines and equipment for the rubber industry. Another production line covers piston and sealing rings for combustion engines and compressors.
