S&T CZ won the ‘IT project 2010’ contest

S&T CZ company gave the jury from Czech Association of CIO (CACIO) by its project of electronic employee attendance designed for Skoda Auto enterprise.
The system integrator S&T CZ is one of three winners of the ‘IT Project 2010’ contest organised every year by Czech Association of CIO: CACIO. The company got the votes of judges for its eAttendance project that provides Škoda Auto with comprehensive overview of its employees’ attendance and capacity utilisation.

“Thanks to the eAttendance, the biggest Czech automotive firm can check its labour productivity and compliance with corporate rules. With this application the employee’s capacity utilisation can be monitored, standby duty planned or holidays and overtimes traced,” said Jaroslav Šafránek, Key Account Manager in S&T CZ.

In the ‘IT project 2010‘ organised under the auspices of the Prime Minister Petr Nečas, in total 25 projects were submitted this year. Of these a fifteen-member professional jury selected the eight finalists. During this selection, a special emphasize was put on the interesting, innovative technology solutions, customer benefits and management approach. IBM Czech Republic, ICZ, HSI, Software 602 or Unicorn Systems were among finalists together with S&T CZ


                   
Recognised award ‘IT project of the year‘ grants CACIO the best projects in the development and implementation of information technologies (IT), charge of their medial presentation, and thus a permanent increase of prestige, quality and value of IT projects.

CACIO is a Czech Association of IT managers, associating top managers from IT area. It was established in 1998 and has now 101 members representing top IT managers from different companies.
